Random Hot Cars

I admit I spend a lot of time lurking on forums and blogs just looking for nice cars to look at.  It probably goes back to the days where I had to scour everywhere looking for potential feature cars for Modified Magazine.  So maybe it's habit, or maybe I just like looking at nice, modified cars.  So here's just a random collection of cars I ran across on the Web today - plenty more after the jump.  Feel free to leave a comment with a link to something you think should deserve the spotlight!

The guys from Wagenwerks and Dub Korps have finally launched their well anticipated site AWOL.   The first volume features R32 get together in the North Carolina,  the Worthersee  tour, and a trip to the German Nurburgring, and finally back to New York for a feature of a sweet GTi on bags.  Watch the the video at AWOL Episode 1

I have a soft spot for lowered VW's rolling on BBS wheels and this one caught my attention for sure.  Shirakiphoto recently posted up a photoshoot that he did on this really clean VW R32 out in Vegas.  The VW is seen rolling on some sweet color matched BBS RS wheels.  For more sweet pics click after the break.

I guess I just have a sweet spot for bagged VW's, this MK5 Golf caught my attention with its sweet color matched burgundy scheme.  From the the painted AMG wheels all the way to the air bag struts the burgundy just ads a nice classy touch to the car.  More pics of this sweet ride after the break.
