Lexus IS350 goes low, goes green, does wonders

Having owned an IS250 before, I still like the styling and aesthetics of the car.  For a sedan it's great and with a little bit of work it definitely looks more sporty than luxury.  I ran across this IS350 on Chad Lunn's flickr and decided to share.  The wheel color combination with the car's slammed stance does it a lot of justice.  Not quite sure what's going on with the hood, but hey it's unique and different so props to the owner.  Check out more pics after the jump.

Ok this is definitely the coolest Instrument cluster out there period.  So if you have 375k laying around you can be staring at this while you drive.  The gauge has custom settings where you can adjust the rev indicators, etc.   Watch the video after the break.  Simply amazing!

VIP Festival at AutoFashion

AutoFashion has made a great name for themselves out here on the West Coast for their VIP-themed rides and clean styling.  They roll up strong to every show with a collection of cars dropped to the ground from Lexus' to Infinitis.  Jerry Truong headed out to their 3rd Annual VIP Festival and snapped up some great photos from the event.  Check out more photos after the jump.

With Sema 2009 going on right now figure would be appropriate to post some cars from SEMA.  Anthony Mair recently got contracted by Lexus to do a photoshoot on 6 cars that were headed to SEMA.  It was a hectic day of shooting for him but lots of red bull and what he has is some great photos to show.  More photos from the shoot after the break.

The new LFA marks an important moment in both the history of Lexus and the development of the supercar. A true “clean-sheet” design, the LFA was created by a small, passionate and dedicated team of engineers whose achievement has been to push the boundaries of technologies materials and engineering at every stage to produce a car like no other to have carried the Lexus badge.

Constructed using advanced carbon fibre technology, the rear-wheel drive LFA is powered by a bespoke, high-revving 552bhp 4.8-litre naturally aspirated V10 engine, matched to a rear-mounted six-speed sequential automatic transmission, giving 200mph-plus performance.

Texas VIP LS430

Another VIP entry this week from Texas, this one is this sweet Lexus LS430 which is just perfect with its flush setup.  The car has gone through a full upgrade from the original 01-03 body style to the newer 040-06 setup.  The changes are subtle but definitely help set of the car.  Other notable upgrades include iForged wheel setup wrapped in a set of Nitto NT555's.  Now this is how it should be done!
