Tunerzine.com Announces Project Toyota Prius Hybrid

To usher in a new era of hybrid tuning and customization, Tunerzine.com has teamed up with its partners in order to showcase what can be done to the ever-popular Toyota Prius.  The project will consist of tasteful, functional modifications that will not impact the daily drivability of the Toyota Prius.  Most importantly, it's not a project with a long list of custom modifications, but rather products any Prius enthusiast can get their hands on.

Starting off the project is a render courtesy of Gurnade.  Tunerzine.com sat down with Josh Cloud and his team of talented designers to mix-and-match parts to determine what would look best on the project Prius without going overboard.  The result is something that everyone involved will be proud of.

Gurnade Renders Up 2011 Volkswagen Jetta

Gurnade would like to introduce their rendering of the 2011 Volkswagen Jetta.  The car looked great from the factory, but they agreed it could use a bit more spice.  The car has been outfitted with a custom Vibrant Copper Metallic paint (currently offered in Volvo's new S60 lineup), molded custom lip kit and sideskirts, sport graphics package, Forgestar F14 wheels, and sport S4 Recaro seats. The vehicle has been lowered thanks to a set of coilovers as it almost kisses the ground. In our opinion, the perfect blend of comfort, style, and performance.

Gurnade Renders Up Porsche 997 GT3

Gurnade Design Firm and Flat 6 Motor Works would like to announce their new partnership.  Gurnade's rendering and design services are now available to Flat 6 customers so they can better visualize their completed vehicle.  To best showcase the talent at Gurnade and the services available at Flat 6, they have decided to design a fresh Porsche 997 GT3.  The vehicle has been modified with bright Laguna Seca blue paint and red accents, matching BBS E-88 wheels, GT3 Cup Lip Kit, Status "Ring" seats, and roll cage.

Gurnade and Tjin Edition Design Scion tC

In light of the recent release of the new Scion tC, Gurnade and Tjin Edition have teamed up to design their own interpretation of the new Scion coupe.  Due to the newly fashioned sculpted roof, the car has been outfitted with wide box-like fenders, aggressive front fascia, and matching sideskirts.  Although, the design doesn’t stop there!  To complete the look, the roof was chopped nearly 4 inches, and the rear windows were extended to visually lengthen the car.  Deep-dish DPE wheels, Status racing seats, harness bar, custom grille, Webasto sunroof, HID headlights, and slammed stance thanks to Air Lift suspension also add to the visual appeal and design.

Josh Cloud x Gurnade: Nissan 370Z Rendering

We've been a huge fan of Josh Cloud's work and now that he's assembling a team at Gurnade, we're overly excited to see what comes out of the woodwork. This is one clean 370Z rendering that they recently did, certainly a car we can picture coming to reality even on the streets of So Cal. A Tamon Designs body kit outfits the Z34 while a custom paint job and a collection of JDM goods packs the rest. Clearly Gurnade used Bride seats in the interior, project mU brakes and a set of Volk Racing GTS wheels. We've been showering our readers with renderings from Joshua Cloud since the launch of speedMotiv.com.  We're a huge fan of his work and he has recently announced the formation of his own design firm, Gurnade.  No further surprises here - we love the name, the logo design and what the company's going to be all about.  He's already recruited quite the talent as is evident with this Porsche 918 rendering by Chris Stormark.  We'll be keeping our eyes glued to the Gurnade website for more automotive eye-candy.  You should too.
