ISIS Performance has been making a huge splash on the industry with their high quality performance products at an affordable price. After years of research and development by teaming up with Enjuku Racing on the track going sideways, ISIS Performance decided it was time to team up with Enjuku Racing to build an S14 and put their proven products back on the professional track. So the goal was set to build a car at an affordable price that can compete with the pros at a fraction of the cost. With no huge budget in mind, Enjuku Racing used their years of experience in building cars to guide ISIS Performance on their S14 build.

NOS Energy Drink brings you behind the scenes with Chris Forsberg for a one on one experience. Chris walks us through the history of the sport and the trials and tribulations that he, Kevin, and Sergio endured to become the first private team in the Formula DRIFT series.
Chris is now leading the points in both the Formula DRIFT championship and the Tires.com Triple Crown. If he wins he will be the first driver to do both on his way to his first Formula DRIFT title. This will also be the first time that a “pure” drifter with no other motorsports background will become the champion. We will find out if Chris will make history this weekend Oct. 15-16 at Round 7: Judgment Day of the Formula DRIFT Professional Championship at the Toyota Speedway at Irwindale. Video after the jump.
Long Beach, Calif. – October 12, 2009 – Formula DRIFT will be hosting, during the Round 7: Judgment Day season finale, a live video game competition between the top drivers of the series in the Royal Purple – Need for Speed Time Attack Challenge. The drivers will compete using the newly released Need for Speed SHIFT game and the winner will receive a check for $5000 courtesy of Royal Purple.
Invites have been sent out to the top Formula DRIFT drivers to compete in this challenge. The drivers will need to qualify on Thursday, October 15 to make it to the live competition during the Round 7: Judgment Day event. The top 3 qualifiers will then compete during half time between the Top 32 and Top 16 Pro Competition at the Need for Speed SHIFT booth. Only one driver will be crowned the winner and will receive a $5000 check during the podium ceremony from Royal Purple. Rest of the release after the break.
Long Beach, Calif. – August 22, 2009 – Formula DRIFT returned to Infineon Raceway for Round 6: Locked and Loaded joining the Indy Grand Prix of Sonoma weekend. Stephan Verdier in the Cooper Tires / Crawford Performance Subaru STI takes his first victory in Formula DRIFT competition.
“This is a dream come true,” said Stephan Verdier, winner of Round 6: Locked and Loaded. “My first victory after 3 years of competition and it is also the first victory for a Subaru and for Cooper Tires. Today I’m number 1 and it’s a great feeling.”
