TL on CCW Wheels

I must say it brings a smile to my face to see more photographers stepping up their game and shooting cars in a cemetery.  I remember when I did this over four years ago and many people online raised an odd eyebrow at me.  But now automotive photography has gotten much more mainstream and this set of photos on the TL are killer.  Kudos to the photographer and the owner of the vehicle.  The CCWs are such a perfect fit on this car.  More pics after the jump.

BMW 135i on CCW Wheels

So after checking out the EK on CCW Wheels, I decided to do more research on them.  I've known about CCW since the days of working at Titan Motorsports, where they were one of the first distributors and supporters of CCW's product.  I ran across a blog that looks to be ran by CCW called Flushstance that features a fine collection of cars with CCW Wheels.  I am absolutely in love with their slogan too - "Offset is nothing without width & drop."  A great play on the "Offset is everything" slogan that has gotten popular over the years.  More photos of this 135i after the break.

Gold EK with EL Front End

I'll be the first to admit that it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to building Hondas and Acuras.  Not so much that I've built a couple myself, but more so that over the last 10 years it seems like I've seen anything and everything that can possibly be done to a Honda and/or Acura.  I was browsing through random Flickr accounts and ran across this shoot by KevBurgler that really caught my eye.  The shoot itself is fantastic, the lighting is great and so is the composition.  But it was the car that raised my eyebrows.  From the rear it looks like your typical clean EK, but the front sports the Canadian EL front end that I have always been an odd fan of.  Combine that with the aggressive fitment of CCW's wheels and this EK is very refreshing to see.  More photos after the jump.

I got these pics from a buddy of mine Ryan Meloy  who recently did a photoshoot of his car with a set of CCW Classic wheels that he borrowed, while he's waiting for his new set of BBS RS wheels to show up.  When Ryan made a switch from 19s to 17s, he had to dial in the air for it to sit that much lower. He was able to get the car's front control arms resting on the floor now.  Well I think we have answered our question...  you can go as low as your control arms will allow you to!

Wheels: CCW Classics 17x8.5 +20 / 17x9.0 +20 20. 205/45/17 all around. The wheels will be going up for sale soon, the bolt pattern is 5x100...  More pics after the break.
