V-LEDS & Intec Racing Formula Drift Nissan S14

Intec Racing has been apart of the drift scene for several years now, but this year they are taking an entirely new approach. With a new title sponsor, V-LEDS and newly built S14, they are looking very poised to do well this season.

The car will be driven by Dean "Karnage" Kearney, a very talented driver from Ireland. We were very fortunate to be invited out to the teams press release this past Monday at Evergreen Motor Speedway in Monroe, WA.

Car & Driver: Top 10 Best Cars of 2010

For the 28th year in a row, Car & Driver has announced their top 10 cars for 2010.  There is plenty of great rides for us to look forward to and hopefully plenty of new cars to hit the race and show scene for 2010.  I am happy to see that the 2010 Audi S4 made it on the list as it may be the next car on my list to get my dirty little hands on.  It's an interesting variety of cars with domestics, imports and Europeans on it.  Most interesting to us is the Ford Fusion Hybrid which has been garnering a lot of attention from the press media.  Here's the top 10:

New details have been released on the new performance sedan

Mercedes E63 AMG Details

Mercedes-Benz has just released more detailed info on the new upcoming performance saloon.  The new E63 boasts 525hp matted to a AMG Speedshift 7 speed sport transmission capable of powering the sedan to 100km/h in just 4.5 seconds, with a top speed of 250km/h.  Not too shabby for a sedan!  Complete press release after the break.

Hennessey's managed to stuff a LS9 engine into the new Camaro.  They have just posted up this video of it coming to life.  Make sure to turn up your speakers for a 705hp snarl!  Video after the break.

Wald 2010 Mercedes E Class Black Bison Package

Wald International has just recently released this teaser image of their latest Black Bison project with the 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Sedan. They haven't released any specific information at the moment other than the teaser image, but were assuming should include a full body kit, wheels, and host of interior upgrades.  Well make sure to post back once more info is released.

World's Quickest and Fastest 2010 Camaro SS

Didn't take much time for tuners to start tinkering with the new Camaro.  The tuners over at Hennessey have equipped this car with a supercharger kit, HPE Cold Air intake kit, Magnuson Exhaust and HPE ecu tuning.  The car recently ran at the track with a very nice time of 11.67 @ 121mph on the 1/4 mile.  Video after the break.
