Aston Martin Cygnet Official, Luxury Sport Compact Heading Our Way

The rebadged Toyota iQ will carry a hefty price tag

Aston Martin Cygnet Official, Luxury Sport Compact Heading Our Way

Rumors have been floating for quite some time now that Aston Martin would be releasing a subcompact luxury vehicle similar to what we've seen out of Smart Car and Scion.  The Aston Martin Cygnet will essentially be a rebadged Toyota iQ sporting a price tag anywhere between $45,000 to $75,000.  It'll be outfitted with a 1.3L engine pushing out a meager 97 horsepower.  Whether or not this car will be a hit will still be questioned, especially since Toyota will be releasing the iQ as a Scion.  At least now when those Scion owners rebadge their iQ's with an Aston Martin badge, it wouldn't be too far out of the question.

Wald Introduces Bentley Flying Spur Black Bison

Luxury tuner takes the Bentley Flying Spur up another level

Wald Introduces Bentley Flying Spur Black Bison

Wald has been well known for tuning luxury sedans for many years now.  Their Continental GT kit has been a huge hit among the more conservative Bentley owners, and now their Black Bison kit has been released for the Flying Spur sedan and it looks menacing.  And with the inevitable new Flying Spur on the horizon, now's the perfect time to offer a stylish kit for those with the current models.

The styling package clearly is geared towards giving the Bentley a little bit of sportiness to its already luxurious foundation.  In a way it backs up the horsepower and performance underneath the hood.  We're loving the window visor treatment on the car as well.

Ken Block's Gymkhana 3 Part 2 Released

Is it better than the first one? You decide!

Ken Block's Gymkhana 3 Part 2 Released

Ken Block's Gymkhana videos are clearly set the tone for all motorsports videos worldwide.  And possibly other than Top Gear's production value, Block's Gymkhana videos have been the most entertaining and sought out videos possibly of all time.  After a disappointing part 1 release that didn't even feature much of anything motorsports related, part 2 has been dropped out all over the Internet and it's pretty much close to 8 minutes of sheer entertainment.  Our only major complaint is the lack of music to go with it, but motor heads will certainly enjoy the sheer sound of the Ford Fiesta ripping through all 650 plus horses.  Check out the video after the break.

Oh and yes, the segway is back.

AutoGuide and Jon Sibal Renders Up BMW 1 Series M Coupe

We can only hope BMW executes it this well

AutoGuide and Jon Sibal Renders Up BMW 1 Series M Coupe

Autoguide.com and Jon Sibal have teamed up mixing their creative juices together to come up with a BMW 1 Series M Coupe render. While BMW continues to tease us with what it's going to look like, Sibal and his talents seems to have already lifted off the car cover.

The exterior sports that has become traditional styling cues found on all M-series BMWs with a more aggressive front end and wider fenders. The render sports a set of 19-inch M3 Competition wheels.  Sources that have spotted the real BMW 1M has noted that this render is very close to the real thing.

We can't wait to see another M-product from BMW and hopefully it helps push more 1-Series onto the road.

(7 September 2010, Crewe, England.) For Crewe’s design and engineering teams, the new Continental GT coupe is an opportunity to set a bold and exciting direction for one of  Bentley’s most revered names – the Continental. The seminal and highly successful Continental GT introduced in 2003 represented the first step in Bentley’s renaissance and defined a whole new market segment. Tunerzine.com Announces Project Toyota Prius Hybrid

To usher in a new era of hybrid tuning and customization, Tunerzine.com has teamed up with its partners in order to showcase what can be done to the ever-popular Toyota Prius.  The project will consist of tasteful, functional modifications that will not impact the daily drivability of the Toyota Prius.  Most importantly, it's not a project with a long list of custom modifications, but rather products any Prius enthusiast can get their hands on.

Starting off the project is a render courtesy of Gurnade.  Tunerzine.com sat down with Josh Cloud and his team of talented designers to mix-and-match parts to determine what would look best on the project Prius without going overboard.  The result is something that everyone involved will be proud of.

Rest of the release after the break.

Top Gear's Stig, Ben Collins, Gets Court Approval For Autobiography

He may not be the reigning Stig anymore, but we're sure plenty will be grabbing copies of his book

Top Gear's Stig, Ben Collins, Gets Court Approval For Autobiography

The drama has been unfolding involving Top Gear's infamous The Stig.  Now that it's been revealed it was famed racecar driver Ben Collins, BBC (producers of Top Gear) has been chasing after Collins and his publishing company, HarperCollins to do their best in halting the actual publishing of Ben's autobiography.  Now it looks like the court has ruled in HarperCollins' favor, stating that BBC cannot stop the publishing of the book.

We personally don't see what the big deal is now that the identity of The Stig has been ousted.  Top Gear already has a new man in mystery behind the wheel, and we strongly doubt much of their viewership has dropped off.  If anything, this press has probably turned some new viewers to Top Gear to see what all the hype is about behind The Stig.

JMS and Senner Tuning Customize Audi A5 S-Line

A nice and clean body kit offering for the Audi A5

JMS and Senner Tuning Customize Audi A5 S-Line

JMS and Senner Tuning has just announced the release of a styling kit for the current generation Audi A5 S-Line and is available for the coupe, convertible and sportback.  The front lip is pretty subtle, clean and slightly aggressive and is available for $345.  No side skirts are offered, which is pretty good since it doesn't quite flow with the lower profile of the front add-on, but a rear apron is available for also $345.  Senner Tuning also has a quad-tipped exhaust system available for $1,395.

On their demo car, they used a set of KW coilovers ($1,700) and outfitted it with a custom set of 20-inch wheels and tires at a hefty $7,040.

The package is clean and simple, but a little underwhelming.  But it's a pretty nice front lip option for those looking for something simple just to set their A5 S-Line apart from the crowd.
