Reiter Engineering is world renowned for their Lamborghini builds, more noticeably fully-functional race cars. It's not often that you'll see a Lamborghini hitting the track (other than sanctioned Lamborghini races such as Blancpain's Super Trofeo Series) so it's refreshing to see one of Italy's finest exotics tuned to race perfection.
Clearly there are plenty of exterior modifications on the Gallardo which includes a front splitter, hood and engine cover. Performance comes from engine tuning, exhaust and modified gear ratios in the transmission. Horsepower from the 5.2L V10 hits an impressive 592-hp and with the car weighing in at a scant 2,624-lbs it makes for an impressive package.
The LP600+ can be had for a little over $385,000 - not too shabby for a GT3 race car! More photos available after the break.
